2017 Exhibitors

More than 100 attendees in the wine and grape industry travel from across the Midwest to learn about new techniques and products, share industry information and network with colleagues at the IWGA Annual Conference this year, which is why exhibitors are an integral part of our event by providing an excellent opportunity for attendees to check out the latest tools, technology and services that are being offered in the industry today.

2018 Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors will be set up in the spacious Conference Center. In addition to the Exhibitor Showcase, four (4) exhibitor networking breaks, meals and group sessions will all be featured in the Conference Center, providing you with an excellent opportunity to interact with attendees throughout the duration of the event.

Exhibitor Packages 

Standard Exhibitor Package: $350 ($375 after 1/19/18) -- Each standard booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’ in size and includes a clothed and skirted table, 2 chairs and a company listing in the conference program. In addition, each standard booth space includes all meals and snacks as well as admission to the Iowa Wine Awards Banquet for ONE exhibitor staff member. Meals/snacks for each day and Iowa Wine Awards Banquet tickets can be purchased for additional staff members.

Premier Exhibitor Package: $400 ($425 after 1/19/18) -- In addition to all of the Standard Exhibitor Package items, you will also receive a 3.5” x 2.5” full-color ad in the conference packet (instead of the standard company listing) and an indication of your special status upgrade. Ad must be submitted no later than February 2, 2018 for inclusion in print materials.

Elite Exhibitor Package: $600 ($625 after 1/19/18) -- ONLY 4 AVAILABLE - register early to reserve your spot! In addition to the Premier Exhibitor Package items, you will also receive recognition as one of the Exhibitor Break sponsors, with the opportunity to address your choice of breakout sessions to briefly discuss your products/services.

Parking Lot Package: $100 -- A great way to compliment your booth space is by bringing your large vineyard or winery equipment to display in the parking lot, giving attendees a hands-on experience with your products or services! You’ll be provided with a prime spot of parking lot placement and ample signage directing attendees to your exhibit area outside.

Set-Up & Tear Down 

Exhibitors may begin setting up the morning of Sunday, Feb. 18 starting as early as 7:00 a.m. The first exhibitor networking break is scheduled for 10:15 a.m., so we suggest being set up by this time to maximize your exposure to attendees. Exhibitors may begin tear-down after the last exhibitor networking break on Monday, February 19, and teardown must be completed by 7 p.m.
